A great place to stay with the family
I usually stay with the big hotel chains for work trips, but opted for something different when I recently visited London with the family. Overall I was very happy with the excellent service provided by Hassan and the team. We booked two rooms, both were comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated in a convenient location for the park, transport links and many places to eat nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

A pleasant stay
A really pleasant surprise. It’s a fairly new hotel, small and friendly with attentive service. My only bug bear is the brightness of the fire sensor light at nighttime - but it’s an avoidable necessity I guess.

Great little hotel
Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable and spacious, well maintained rooms. Great area. Close walk to Tube, Hyde Park, restaurants, multiple pubs, shopping, a couple of grocery options if you need them. There's a laundromat a block away if you need it.

Overall, this place was ok. The building is lovely on the outside, rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Staff was helpful and cheerful. The location was really good. However, our room was on the lower ground floor, that’s the basement! Nice enough room, but the door wouldn’t lock so we were offered our choice of two rooms, also in the basement. One was tiny and the other had a great layout but faced a wall at the back of the building.
