I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). The manager of the hotel told me not to worry and that everything was okay. He promised to give us priority seating in one of the specialty restaurants for our trouble (lies). We were unable to check-in fully upon arrival and were told to go and eat first because the room wasn't ready. After two hours we went back to the service desk to check in get our key were told we would be charged for late check-in. We had to argue about this as well bc they did not ALLOW us to check-in on time. We got to the room and it was not as pictured for the family room. There were supposed to be two rooms with three twins however it was one large space with a queen two twins. The bathroom was filthy and the floors were still wet after they "mopped." Around 9/10p, there was loud knocking on the door eventually a note was slid under to come to the service desk. THEY WERE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE ROOM. After having to argue again, the finance manager stated he would have guest services call expedia in the morning and they wouldn't bother me again (lies) .
The food was just okay. The waiters around the property were kind and accommodating.
