Beautiful spacious room. Desk staff was very courteous. Room was quite large and the shower was big and had great pressure. We had a lake view room which was very comfortable.

Our stay at the Grand Suites was absolutely amazing, it had breathtaking views with clean, tidy and well presented rooms. All staff were extremely friendly. The managers Dave and Sue were very helpful and had a great sense of humour. Will definatly be staying there next time we visit Lake Tekapo.

We found rubbish under cabinet in bathroom and their where dirt marks on pillowcase & bath mat. Also when leaving the cleaning trolley was on balcony and we couldn’t get past with bags and I had to ask 3 times for it to be moved. We were taking things to the car and door closed when we still had stuff inside and the key wasn’t working so asked cleaner to open and took asking 3 times for someone to do it. Also not being able to access lift after 9pm was not good as we had to use stairs when we got home.
