Unprofessional , rude, untrained. Worst hotel!!!
Worst hotel stay experience i have ever had in my entire 44 years of life!! I have NEVER experienced anything like this! My family and i were merely visiting the area to go to the Beaches in Galveston. To begin the staff was completely rude, unprofessional and untrained for the job duties!! Upon checking in , i get the key and leave to go sight see at the beach for about 2 hrs. I come back , go the room that was assigned to me only to find out that the room is occuppied by another person already!My whole family is standing here, tired from already traveling 5 hrs and with luggages and ready to go to sleep only to find out our double bed room already has soneone there insane!! So, i go to the front desk , obviously they are switching shifts from this black guy to a black woman.i express to him the room is already occupied. He calls up to the room and sure thing someone is in the room that apparently was supposed to check out but didnt . He then states well i dont know what to tell you , i can give you refund back and you go somewhere else.by this time its 11:30 at night.im a single woman with only my daughter and son with me in unfamiliar territory and to top that im extremely tired from travel and just want to sleep.gave me the last single room in the hotel go to room get ready to lay down ants in the bed.the black clerk was the worse!! She called the cops on me, humiliates me , scares my family becsuse she did not put my refund back like she agreed. Did not care put us out

Do not book!
Disgusting! Holes in the wall. This hotels smells like mildew. There was blood on one of the pillows. The sheets on another bed were dirty. The toilets in all of my rooms were dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine. I won’t be staying here again

Absolute WORST
After arriving at the property the night front desk person was on his cell phone (on speaker) totally ignoring a guest in front of me . The guest was checking in and the clerk nonchalantly told him that there was going to be a $100 charge on your card. The guest replied what is the charge for and the desk clerk replied it's just a charge that we have to charge for incidentals. When I approached the counter the clerk was still on the speakerphone and he immediately handed me my room replied you will need to put $100 for a security deposit. I gave the agent my debit card while he was still on the phone he held my card for a few seconds under a minute returned my car back.Once entering the room the room had a foul odor as well the hallway leading to my room which was very humid and very hot and the average temperature for that week was triple digits. After turning on the air conditioning before going to have dinner we noticed a price list for everything in the room including bars of soap which I found kinda odd. We got back to the room and decided to take a shower The water was cold and wouldn't get hot nor warm. The next morning when we went down to get breakfast the clerk said the boiler has been out for awhile. As I went to check out, I asked about the $100 hold and he said I wasn't charged one! So why did he need my card,the agent said I'm not sure .As we're heading out for our cruise we received a alert that a charge of $490@ a online department store. Don't stay here.
