      Our stay was meant to be enjoyable family escape, the room had large holes in the ceiling, it was absolutely filthy. Some staff were friendly while others were very rude. I wouldn’t stay here again

      Trying to be fair because we stayed during a cyclone. However : No Towels even though we told them & asked for some we had to chase again the next morning ! Overall the place was dirty and dangerous with wet tiles and walkways which would be excusable if there was an attempt to make it safe ! Not enough staff !

      We needed a hotel in NADI as our flights home were canceled due to the cyclone. The place is filthy, there were bed bugs, blood stained sheets, terrible overpriced food and terrible management. Not enough staff for the number of rooms. Ruined our experience of Fiji. It is a 1/5 star hotel. Avoid at all cost.

      Brief but pleasant stay.

      An overnight stay enroute to Taveuni. Checkin was efficient, room basic but comfortable and a complimentary shuttle to the airport the following morning. I must rate our meal as very good. I had kokoda whilst my husband had a vegetable curry which was accompanied by dahl, roti and rice. My kokoda was probably the beast I’ve had . Attentive service by the lady behind the bar.

      Terrible Experience

      I had terrible experience. I had got off 14hr of flight and booked this hotel to get some rest. When I got there, they telling me no rooms available at that time. It was around 10am. After waiting around for an hour I went and ask if there any other type rooms besides what I booked. They said it’s available. Well they could have told me that before. I paid extra and got in. The AC wasn’t working, no towels in room. I took shower and dried myself up on the bed sheet. I will never go back there ever again. the Fijian guy at the reception was very rude. Two face man. He treats foreigners differently than locals. Very unprofessional!
