Wonderful stay at hotel prestige, shuttle was an added bonus although would have been amazing if there was a couple more in the afternoon to not be as restricted although there is a bus stop opposite! All The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! Reception helping us arrange transfers and hair dresses! Couldn’t fault the customer service! Breakfast had a larger choice then expected which was good and always very Fresh. Beautiful view from out superior sea view room with large balcony.

This property is a big far from the center of Sorrento but they have a shuttle that takes you to the center and picks you up for free. The customer service was amazing! They helped me with all my questions and concerns.The food was also very delicious. Loved my stay here would totally stay here again and definitely recommend!

Staff & service was amazing. Shuttle could be more regular since the location is so remote. Also a little misleading in the description as we thought there was a gym nearby we could use but not the case, also laundry super expensive. Hotel is really nice & view is fantastic.
