Wenn man mit Dreck kein Problem hat- passt es.
Die Lage der Unterkunft sprach uns an. Für unsere Flitterwochen wollten wir zum Start in London ein Appartment und kein Hotel. Wir entschieden uns wegen der recht guten Bewertungen hierfür. Die Bilder sahen auch recht vielversprechend aus. Vor der Anreise haben wir Emails mit Fragen gesendet. Diese blieben leider unbeantwortet. Dort angekommen, fanden wir den Eingang nicht und riefen an, worauf man uns freundlich empfing. Leider gab es keine weitere Kommunikation, da nahezu nie jemand da war - wenn wurde telefoniert. Ansonsten hätten wir um Reinigung gebeten.Es war einfach unsauber- insbesondere das Bad. Mal ganz abgesehen von Kalk, war das WC übersät von "Rückständen" der vorherigen Bewohner. Die WC Bürste ist zu kurz für das WC und steht ein einem Behältins, welches sich mit altem- nennen wir es Wasser-gefüllt ist. In der Dusche befanden sich am Abfluss etliche Haare.Das Bett war augenscheinlich frisch bezogen aber durchgelegen. Die Rollos waren defekt, sodass sie nicht ganz bluckdicht schlossen.Aus den Fenstern konnte man nicht schauen, weil sie komplett verschmutzt waren (wobei man fairerweise sagen muss- das es in London schnell geht).Die Türen musste man mit fast mit Geawalt öffnen/schließen so schwerfällig waren sie. Man muss darauf achten, dass die Tür beim gehen auch wirklich verschlossen/abgeschlossen ist! Ob es wirklich eine nichtraucher Unterkunft ist - keine Ahnung.Jedenfalls haben wir bei An-/Abreise mit den Koffern den Aufzug genutzt und man war quasi "stoned".

Dificil comunicación a la hora del check in, ya que la recepción sólo esta abierta de 11:00-17:00, el primer día nos dieron una habitación que no nos correspondía ya que no nos preguntaron ni nuestro nombre al llegar. Molto comoda ai servizi quali metro, pullman, supermarket, bar, pub e ristoranti. Le ragazze sono state carine e disponibili dalla prenotazione, al check in e fino al check out. Siamo arrivati tardi e prima di arrivare abbiamo chiesto se, pagando, ci venisse lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua ma cosi non è stato. La pulizia non è ottima, anzi, consigliamo di portare delle ciabatte per la doccia e per stare in camera. Abbiamo parlato di questo con le ragazze e provvederanno ad una pulizia più profonda in quanto non siamo stati i primi a lamentarci. La stanza è molto calda, ben arredata e ben servita. Attenzione, però, perchè solo le suite hanno la cucina. Noi abbiamo sbagliato a prenotare in questa struttura perchè cercavamo una stanza con cucina ma avevamo solo il bollitore ed il microonde. Attenzione, quindi, alla differenza tra "kitchen" e "kitchened" perchè noi abbiamo sbagliato.
