Gross
The bed sheets were very dirty when we arrived and took over an hour to get fresh sheets. The fridge was broken and the couch was disgusting

It is what it is . . .
Convenient location, low price. You get what you pay for. I don't think the front desk guy even greeted us but I'd imagine he doesn't have the nicest clientele either so no harm done - I get it. The refrigerator wasn't working which was a bummer because we purchased a few things that needed refrigeration. We just put some ice in the drawer and kept it cool until we finished our items. The exhaust in the bathroom was LOUD - and you had to run it for a while because it smelled like bleach in there - good thing they cleaned it though right? It's SF so loud guests or street people outside each night - woke up a few times but that's the city and a stay in a motel huh. If you've lived in a city this just reminds you of well umm living in a city . . . Was cheap and close to the venue to see a show. Oh Martuni's across the street is and "old-school" type of place with equivalent dated ambience as the motel but they offer a low-cost martini made by an actual adult (not some aging hipster) that comes out in 2 mintutes because they've made them 1000xs. Close to the BART

2/10 Poor
May 9, 2023
Bad just bad.
Hotel room was old. Interior is open and because of that homeless people and drug users are assessing freely. Random guy just knocked at my door at night and some other guest who told me experienced the same thing as he tired to jiggle the door open. I also saw a guy just walk around yelling (mentally ill as he appeared) and looking into fool windows at night even with the curtain shut off. Someone drove a car on file and abandon in the premises and the car exploded in the middle of the night. Very unsafe and ruined my experience. Never again.

Critters walking around
Stayed there 3 nights. I saw one small cockroach walking around in the bathroom. I killed it and didn’t see another.

Never Again
I can't complain: I got what I paid for. The photos on the website are completely different from the reality I found in my room.
If you care about comfort and if you mind a cozy room, that's not the place.
There is no maintenance in this hotel, for sure they don't care about it.

Scary
A bunch of bums outside, in the parking lot, and chilling on the staircase. Most of them were on a sick one. Felt a bit unsafe but what else can you expect from SF? Rooms smelled dusty and old, almost like Cigs. The fridge made hella noise and kept me up at night. The walls are paper thin. The tv was old. The furniture was in poor condition but at least the bed was a little comfortable.

Misleading rooms
A bit disappointing that they offered a room for 5 people with only 2 beds and no sofa
