El trato fue poco amable, dijeron que la reservación era para dos y como éramos tres nos insultaron, Luego comprobaron si era correcta y no se disculparon. Nos sentimos tan incómodos que preferimos pagar otro alojamiento y el último día cuando pase a recoger parte del equipaje me obligaron a pagar un adicional por que me ayudó a bajar mi equipaje mi esposa y no estaba registrada.

Check in process was very hard. Had to use google translate to communicate with receptionist. The hotel had not received the booking information when we arrived. Waited well over an hour in the lobby and decided to leave and come back. Finally got our room however it didn't have an adequate amount of towels and the shower head was broken. Water did not get hot and toilet barely flushed.

The hotel never had my reservation put in thr system for check so when I arrived I had to wait 35min.to only get a room that is 85 degrees with a ac unit that doesn't blow hard ac through the room or bathroom. So your sweating for 3hrs to cool down the room. Would have cancelled the reservation if I was able to get my full refund. AVOID THIS HOTEL. NOT WORTH THE PRICE

I enjoyed the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel such as the good spirit of the employees that work here .The outside had an attached eating establishment that was decorated wit lots of nice antiques as well as Great customer service . This hotel has two nice swimming pools that are nicely decorated with palm trees and other botanical plants ..This location is also in a convient location across the beach from the beach.
