We had an amazing stay at Artotel Batam. Hotel staffs were all very friendly and the location is so accessible to many places. Walking distance to Grand Batam Mall , wet market and spas. Overall........... love the hotel.

Great Experience
It's a new hotel open about a year ago. All the staffs are very courteous from front reception, housekeeping, restaurant to security. Good varieties for breakfast having local, western, chinese food etc. Its conveniently situated just across Grand Batam Mall, eateries & spa. Just about 10 mins away from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Will stay again no doubt is just probably a 3 star hotel.

Checking in was pleasant and smooth. Location is very good. Service is great as well. Room was both clean and comfortable. Room and toilet amenities were more than adequate. Housekeeping was very efficient and prompt. Recommended!
