Fantastic stay in Rome
So easy to stay here- great location, communication, nice area with plenty of dining options very close. Check in after hours was simple. Super clean, comfortable room with pleasant ammenities. The nicest staff and abundant breakfast!! I would ask for 1/2 portions if you don’t have a big appetite!!

Donna Francesca is a gem. It's within walking distance from Termini which was very convenient for me. The room was beautifully appointed, it was spotlessly clean, the wifi worked perfectly and there were snacks available in the hallway. Breakfast is delivered to your room and the owner and staff could not have been nicer. One small point - it's on the fourth floor (but there's an elevator) of a building with several hotels so it can be somewhat difficult to find. However, that was truly the only thing about it that was even a bit problematic. I highly recommend it!!

Francesca is very friendly and nice, she was there to help for all issues. Even when she's not there physically, she can be reached by WhatsApp. She offered us umbrellas when it rained outside. The place is clean. The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. The only issue we had during our stay was that the keypad at the main entrance not working and Francesca made duplicate physical keys for us the next day. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel Donna Francesca shares a building with other hotel companies. I believe each company has their own floor if I’m not mistaken. Hotel Donna Francesca was on the fourth floor. I was able to access it via elevator or stairs. The cleaning ladies kept the hotel very very clean and organized. The hotel was kept at a perfect temperature. The breakfast options are simple yet delicious! I would order cappuccino with a croissant, pastry, and yogurt. This hotel felt like a home rather than a hotel to me. I felt safe and comfortable. The location was very convenient. I walked to many stores to shop, restaurants, and famous landmarks. The metro is about two blocks away as well if you ever want to get around Rome. Francesca, Leon and rest of the staff were very welcoming, courteous, and respectful. I love how this hotel was ran and if I ever return to Rome, I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific hotel.

Perfect Hotel
This was a 1 night stay after our cruise and before our flight home. Honestly I wish we could have stayed several days. Our hotel room was amazing. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean and had all the amenities you would need. The gentleman that checked us in was knowledgeable about the area and places to sight see and eat. He got us checked in right away and made sure we were comfortable and even gave us a charger adapter for US plugs. Don't forget to bring your adapter! The hotel was pretty close to all the main attractions. You do need to be comfortable walking. Also know the Hotel name and number are on a tiny little sign with several other names of establishments so don't miss it. You actually have to go beyond the gate and up stairs to get in to the building. Don't worry there is an elevator. You will love it here and you will be super comfortable!!
