Where do I start- it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I travel a lot for work. The room definitely needs some updates- things are old with marks on the wall. Cleanness was medicore- you can see quite some dust. These didn't bother us too much because we were there one night only anyway. We were very happy with the view because it's close to the bridge and has a really nice view of Manhattan, but who knows it would've become quite a nightmare. In the middle of night around 1:15 am, all of a sudden we heard sound of construction- jackhammer like, really loud. Called the reception and figured it was the construction on the bridge which they "sometimes have problem with". They offered earplugs but we know it's not gonna help given how loud it was. Asked the front desk for another room that's as far away from the bridge as possible and he was nice enough to give us one. In my opinion if this is a known issue, you shouldn't give these rooms out to people- not only the guests suffer, your overnight staff also has to deal with angry guests and that's not fun. Next morning when we tried to shower there was no cold water, so we had to turn of the water several times to cool it down (and of course rinse quickly). Also this hotel is far away from actions, so be aware.

Everything closed, Room uncomfortable
All of the hotel amenities (gym, terrace, etc) were closed for the duration of my 3-day stay and I wasn't informed until check-in. The room was clean but very uncomfortable...bedsheets are in terrible condition and the AC unit is so loud it's hard to sleep. Hotel seems overpriced for the experience you get

Firstly upon entering the room the lock on the door didn’t work the bathroom sink stopper was broken, it was like the staff choice one of the worst rooms for my stay. Then around 8 am a fire breaks out at the property, at first I have no idea the staff doesn’t call the room to notify me of what’s going on until after 20 minutes of an alarm going off.
