Bring a mattress topper
hotel is in good condition. Rooms were neat and tidy. Bed was HORRIBLE, probably the hardest most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. And the layout of the room was good. Would stay at again, just bring a mattress topper.

It was a great local Covid getaway for New Year’s. The hotel is very new and we pleased about having late checkout for free so we could use the pool. The listing on hotels.com could have used more Covid updates for clarity.

I stayed here for 7 nights for a very important licensure exam before travelling to richmond I already check the reviews of this hotel in all websites and they are very consistent, When i experienced the service personally now i understood why they have the “BEST” reviews of their hotel. I flew from Calgary and i told them that I needed early check in they gave my room right away upon arrival the people in the front desk are all very nice and polite. Even the servers in the breakfast area are always nice to me and my husband. During my exam day they prepared food for me to take in my exam in a ziplock and treat you like a family. my hotel room 235 is facing the no. 6 road sometimes i can hear the cars or trucks but thats least of my problems. I always have a good sleep. They also have airport shuttle that runs every hour daily. Their breakfast options are both hot and cold options and its buffet but they will be the one to serve you. Some hotels are just offering grab and go but this hotel is trying their best to give the BEST service possible and I really appreciate that in spite of the Pandemic. They have eggs,pancake,sausage,orange juice, baked beans, Oatmeal, cereals and so much more. The hotel room is always clean and their shower gel,lotion,shampoo are unlimited they are attached to the wall so you dont need to deal with small bottles of shampoo in a hotel that can give you carpal tunnel because of pressing hard. LOL. and I will definitely be back. I will miss you all.
