Felt ripped off! Under construction!
I dont think you should charge the highest price for the room in town when the renovations are in progress. Our room was unfinished. I had a free night from Hotels.com and we upgraded and pur room was not finished. Felt ripped off.

No pool no Jacuzzi
I had called ahead to ask if they had a pool n jacuzzi I was told yes when I arrived the hotel is under construction, the pool and Jacuzzi we’re under construction to when I complain to the front desk. They said there is nothing they can do about it.

Renovations going on. Dust all over front desk. Indoor pool drained and not available. Wires sticking out of living room suite wall. Furnishings sparse and old. Great breakfast, comfy beds.

The hotel is in remodel stages. Level 3 was clean but level 1 was not in use due to remodel. Pool and hot tub not able to be used. Very disappointing for the kids. Had to find other activities and was an extra expense due to this.
