Location. Room size. Beach access. Can’t go wrong!
Very big apartment size for the 2 bedroom we booked - it is actually a 3 bedroom if you include the small seperate sitting area and put a mattress in there (ours even had closing doors). Big balconies - very open views with large windows all the way around. Rooms could be a little cleaner - but all in all where acceptable. Ducted air conditioning in the living area & each bedroom was very pleasant. Pool, spa & bbq area is fantastic. Pool is heated, BBQ’s are clean and quick to use with more than enough tables & seats to accomodate large groups. Sauna and shower room are also pool side. Hotel location is fantastic - close enough to surfers to walk or catch the g-tram with a stop only 1min walk. Making it easy to get supplies or have dinner out. Easy walk to beach down the street with a lifeguard located almost immediately at this entrance to the beach.

Great location, good space, generally clean but floor was damp when we arrived. Remained damp after opening windows etc. Though humidity high, this indicate ventilation was poor. We had to run the airconditioning almost all the time to dry up floors etc.

Very clean and well positioned unit. Close to everything. Unit was fully equipped. Carpet was ageing and could be replaced. Reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend and I would stay here again

Usually love staying at Artique but was disappointed this time. Apartment was not clean, lounge uncomfortable, bed uncomfortable and no views!

The property and stay was great. Close to all the shops and amenities. Friendly hotel staff and cleanliness maintained throughout. Parking was also included in the stay which was bonus. However all the time i had to wait and go around the parking bays to find empty parking spot spending 30-45 mins everyday, There was no control over the outsiders parking in the hotel and this was old by the staff. Also there was no top up of the toiletries, change of towels or daily clean of the room that you usually expect from serviced apartments.

Love how spacious the rooms were, ducted aircon, and have a wonderful view! Also loved having a washing machine and dryer to wash my beach towels etc. Also super affordable for what you get! Would definitely stay again!
