Front desk nice curteous people. Safe in room was locked, no maintenance on duty ( checked in around 4pm) had to switch rooms, phone in room fell apart, brought the whole thing down to be replaced with one in working order. Woman did this quickly. Overall , cleaning staff just need to thoroughly check rooms amenties are provided functioning and working. Big gripe...$150 security deposit?? SERIOUSLY? ...Thats literally more than the cost of the advertised price I paid for the room. Thats a determining factor for me when I stay at hotels weekly in NYC for work.. FIX THIS!

The hotel was extremely well prepared for guests to feel safe during the virus. It was nice to have a breakfast and they did a great job limiting choices to those that were safe. The room was very small but functional. Dresser was scratched and one drawer broken. With limited services I was comfortable paying $85/night but would have difficulty paying more.
