Ok hotel
Overall ok - beds are comfy, location is great. But the rooms are dark, service is not at par. There was no iron in room, asked for one and they said it can be provided next day, had to call again for one. Breakfast is poor quality and the service at breakfast is not great (Chips and Egg). For the amount they charge, its advised to stay at other branded hotels.

Comfortable, cozy and central
This is just such a nice hotel. It is right in the middle of the downtown so you can walk to all of the sights. The room was spacious with comfy beds, and lookout over the city. Just really cozy and beautiful rooms. (love the intarsia floors)

Very happy
We stayed for 5 days while using Sofia as a base to explore the region. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping us to book taxis to and from the airport, and being available to answer our questions. Should we return to Sofia, we will likely stay here again.
