Awesome stay.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed there the weekend the concert Sick New World was going on. My husband and I chose this hotel because it’s close access to the monorail which was going to be our primary transport to the show. The room was amazing. Nice and clean. We got the room with the kitchenette. It has most of the cooking tools you could need. It also has a coffee machine which I appreciated cause I need my coffee. The bathroom was amazing. We had a few things that needed work (a loose tp holder & a leaky faucet) but after letting the concierge know they got on it and fixed it. The staff was friendly. Overall pleasantly satisfied. The only thing I liked but my husband didn’t care for is that your car is taken and stored by valet. Most definitely staying there again.

NIce room with a fantastic shower. Quiet but very close to the strip. Memory foam matress which I suppose was ok. Nice staff. Balcony but no chairs. Housekeeping service seems to be separate from house staff. Free parking a huge plus. No smoking and no inhouse casino a plus!!! !.

Jet Luxury canceled res w/o any notification
Jet Luxury Resorts canceled my reservation with the hotel without any notification to me and Hotels.com showed it to be still active in their system. I arrived to check in at 9pm and at only at that time was I told I had no reservation and the hotel was sold out. Jet Luxury Resorts only operates their phone line until 7pm so I was essentially stranded. Luckily Hotels.com is amazing and moved me to a comparable hotel nearby however I will never be using Jet Luxury again.
