Staff are first notch and go the extra mile to listen and help. Very clean and comfortable. Even had good tv channels available. Small miracle with a good (covid forced) warm bag breakfast. Took some thought and effort, Nice change from some of the other hotels we have stayed at this trip. Normally no longer like downtown hotels but this one is worth another stay.

Time to hire a security guard!!
Stopped at this property for one Friday night. Hotel appears to be in an unsafe area: vagrants in the parking lot and in the hotel. They could use a security guard. At 1 AM we were awoken by a disturbance on our floor with yelling and banging. The disturbance continued for almost an hour. I would not stay here again.

The hotel has seen better days. I would not consider this a three star. The rooms are clean, but dull. King bed mattress was sunken in the middle showing its age. The hotel seems to have spent the money on the sign outside and nothing inside. The pictures on-line are really nothing like the actual rooms themselves. I gave the hotel a higher score because of the customer service. This is the second hotel under this hotel chain I have stayed in on my trip across the country and I don’t think I will stay at this chain again due to the rooms I have stayed in. Pity as they have trained their people well and care about their customers.
