The room was great, however, upon arrival, we were not told that the swimming pool was out of order. When we checked out, we were told by one of the receptionists that since covid19, the pool has not been in service. I believe they should indicate it on their website. Also, there wasn't any cafeteria tray inside the room, only a minibar, with one water glass and a wine glass. The tv did not work properly, we could hear the different channels however we kept seeing the hotel's tv screen. The "fitness room" was okay. I wouldn't call it a fitness room. It barely had a few machines and all of them were very old. The glasses were a bit dirty and had stains on them and the wardrobe was a bit dusty. Overall, it is a great hotel, but super poorly managed.
