I was assigned a room where there were 4 fans on the floor in the hallway right outside my room running all night, I found out from another guest that there had been a recent fire on the 3rd floor, my room was on the second floor, it was very noisy and I should have asked for a different room.

Chaotic, dirty, YIKES
We arrived after an 8hr drive to trap music absolutely BLASTING at full volume shaking the floor sounded like a club apparently there was a roudy birthday party going on. Then the 1st room we were given was filthy and not cleaned at all: bed was dirty and not made, bathroom had wet towels all over, and garbage was all over and in the bins still. They moved us to another room which was just ok, definitely not what I expected based on the rating I saw, personally don’t believe it deserves that high of a rating. The entire 2nd floor is currently having active construction so it smells like fumes throughout the whole hallway. Coffee and breakfast was gross. AND there’s a gentleman’s club in the back! Can’t believe that’s the best for the area. Yikes.

I enjoyed my stay here. The handicapped accessible room is great, except the bed is too tall to get on easily. The snow removal was terrible. Handicapped spots were not plowed. Salting and shoveling of the pull up drive and entry walk was spotty. I traveled alone and use a cane. I use a cart to move my luggage and bag. Too bad it doesn't have all terrain tires. The 6 or so parking spots across from the entrance were well salted as was the part of the lot to walk up to the portico. Those spots were taken by able bodies staying there.

Comfortable, clean and quiet
Really comfortable, clean and quiet. I've stayed here a few times and keep coming back. I will say that I'm not "thrilled" about the Gentlemans club next door but I have not been bothered by the noise inside the hotel OR seen any undesirable activity. It's not a problem.....I come to Davenport for dog shows and stay with my dog or dogs. Very nice place with a good potty area and away from traffic. Will stay here again!
