Spa Sandos has 16 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam.

The spa is open daily. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.

We don’t realize this was a place where they try to sell you on a membership. Perhaps if we had agreed to the sale’s pitch they would have given us more guidance. But the app wasn’t updated well, and explanation about dining and activity scheduling was poor. The kid playroom was not as pictured and very run down. And you have to have socks to go in. Not many activities for kids under five. And they can’t go on the big water slides, but parents can’t go on the medium ones. By the time we figured the place out, it was almost time to leave. The animals were fun to watch though. Also we got very sick but not necessary resort’s issue. This happens at another resort in past too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort, especiailly the Mexican buffet! We loved the evening shows, truly stunning. Also it was great to have access to 24/7 snack bar. Great to be in nature as well and fun for kids - we didn't even need to go to the indoor playground, but looked fun as well. Great bus access to the city as well.

The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax.

This was such an amazing and memorable trip! It was so cool to be integrated into the jungle! My 5yo loved all the coati, iguanas, birds, monkeys, and turtles. Kids club staff was awesome, face painting was a big deal. This is a big resort so we did a lot of walking. The rooms were nice and big. If we went back I would have tried to stay closer to the main areas. We didn’t spend much time at the beach but didn’t really need to. There was always so much to do. Loved the juice bar and pottery painting by the pool. Elmer the bartender was awesome, we had one of his “eggs” every day! The carnival on Fridays was such a cool surprise! I wish the pool bars and kids club stayed open a little later, but I understand why they don’t. Dinners were fun and omg the shows were incredible!!! Also the photographers were awesome, but the photos are very pricey. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The resort was nice, beach and pool and food were pretty good. Lots of activities. Everyone enjoyed the pool and nightly entertainment. Kids loved all the animals around the resort.
