Newest hotel in west side of Cincinnati. Staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast decent and hotel is clean. My wife has food allergies and breakfast area staff was very helpful. We have experienced issues with charges and reservations that had to be resolved through credit card company.

Problem with reservation but then all was good
The only problem I had was that my reservation had been cancelled. It took a while for them in the back room to look into what happened (good thing I had my itinerary number from hotels.com). They told me it had been cancelled because my credit card was rejected. Seems to me if that was the case, they should have contacted me since they had my phone number. And there should have been no reason for my credit card to be rejected since we have been using every day. Still, they had rooms available so we could stay there. The hotel is brand new and nice. Typical breakfast layout with decent options and enough room for people to move around.
