Horrible experience when checking in almost 1hr. Not recommended. Tv did not work, kept us waiting did 30min before kitchen was closed

Someone tried to get into my room at midnight. Luckily I had the deadbolt set. That stopped their attemp but the made a rattle and woke me up. When they realized the deadbolt was on they quickly stopped. I have no idea who this was.

Al momento de hacer check in, a pesar de Quedex estuve esperando afuera por 10 minutos debido a que antes de mi habían 3 personas haciendo check in atendieron a un cliente que llego después que mi. Deberían tener reglas claras para atender en el front desk
