Tired and dated. Good location
This is a tired and dated hotel desperately in need of a refurb. The location is fantastic. No a/c so hot rooms, had a floor fan, but pretty noisy all night. Service was not great, rude man on check in, but the lady was very nice, pleasant and helpful. The houskeeping staff were interesting and my room still hadnt been done at 3pm, by which time i told them not to bother when they turned up. This was not worth it for the cost and doesn't feel like a 3* hotel to me.

Excellent Location for Travel Brussel
My family and I love staying at this hotel. We spent 2 nights here. The location is excellent and the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Usman. He tried to help us all our needs. The only thing we are not satisfied is that there is no air-conditioner in room and the ventilation is not good enough. Overall is great and will stay again if I come to Brussel!

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of the Great Plaza area. Very convenient to the train station, to the Metro station and to shopping and dinning options. Our room had a beautiful view of the Old Stock Exchange building.

We were so thrilled with this hotel.
We had probably one of the most amazing rooms imaginable. Staff are amazing. In particular they helped us amalgamate our two separately booked nights so we did not have to change rooms. They looked after our luggage for 3 hours after check out and arranged a taxi to the ststion.
