Don't let the location fool ya...
I wasn't sure about this place looking at it in the dark when I checked in at 10:30pm, but the gentleman was very kind and welcoming and my room was ready for me, freshly refurbished and clean as a whistle. I would definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area.

I was very surprised by this hotel! We stopped here on our way to Seattle because it was a cheap place to sleep. It has been the best place on this trip so far. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful, the room was very quiet, and very very cozy. The inn looks old, but it also looks like the owner is trying there best to maintain it. It did not feel neglected, just old, which made it charming. The shower had amazing water pressure which was a much needed relief with our long drive. If you happen to be near Newell this is a great place to stay!

Great quiet little place
For a small town hotel and the price it was great. Quiet little town. They just put new beds and pillows in all rooms. Its definitely a nice up and coming place with affordable rates. Happy to have stayed and will again in the future.

Off the beaten path Newell is a town of about 600 people. So not much to offer. Check in was ok, they had reservations & that it was prepaid. Room extremely small. Air conditioning window type did cool the room. Flies & mosquitoes in the room. Couldn’t get TV to turn on (maybe just me). Did have warm water & small refrigerator that worked.
