Not great- disappointed by the jacuzzi
The place is pretty but doesn’t seem to be functioning well. To start with there are no signboards to the hotel, even the hotel doesn’t have a board that says its Jade. The lobby and the property is very pretty with a lot of greenery but it lacks amenities of a hotel. The rooms don’t have a phone to call reception so there is no kind of room service etc. available. We booked the property because we were getting the jacuzzi/hot tub in the room but don’t be fooled by it as that never worked during the entire 3 night stay. Staff doesn’t speak english so we couldn’t do anything. Since the entire property has no signal, wifi becomes imperative and the property has locked wifi throughout without any information on the password. For eg., i went to the gym and realized my room wifi doesn’t work but there was no phone or nobody to ask for wifi in the gym. I would suggest to take your money to another property as this one seems like a good value with the jacuzzi but that doesn’t work so no value for money (I also didn’t see anybody else using there jacuzzi during our stay- something you can easily see as there is no privacy)
