Location to central area was excellent. Staff polite, not overly friendly. Thought there would be more help at information office in the hotel.
The view was very good !! However lower windows are very dangerous.
Conveniently located hotel with beautiful views of the lake. The breakfast is extensive and excellent and the travel service desk very helpful. A couple of small issues - you can hear noise between rooms and I would skip the hotel bar and cafe since there are so many better options close by. Parking is an additional fee.
Location of the hotel was good. 5 min walk to downtown where all chocolate shops and restaurants are. The hotel restaurant’s staff were all nice, can’t say the same about reception staff though. Bed sheets had some stains even after I asked them to change it. Some of the toiletries we open when we came to the room. Generally speaking they don’t pay attention to little details, we had to ask for coffee capsules to be refilled everyday. Also, during check in and check out we had to carry the luggage out selves, no concierge. The security was good though since they lock the outside door after 10 pm and you can only open it with room key. Wifi was TERRIBLE we couldn’t access it from our room we had to sit in the lobby to access internet. All in all, bad experience, they say it’s a 4 star hotel won’t even give it 2.
Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff, food and service was excellent. It is true that the hotel could do with modernising, but frankly, it's perfectly great the way it is.
The front desk staff are terrific. The room was nice but the rug was dirty and there were drain noises in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.
Perfect location Very good hotel Good rooms Disadvantages: No vegetables in breakfast Heating by radiators - hard to csntrol
The hotel is on an excellent location, breakfast was veery good, with lots of options
Spacious room but needs renovation. Good hotel lobby, they supplied plates and fork/knife when requested. Within walking distance to main street in Bariloche.
The hotel is located in centre which is great for access to great restaurants such a small la castina and el boliche de alberto. The hotel is clean and convenient. There isn't a travel advisor downstairs. Staff are helpful...we did have an incident where we missed breakfast because we didnt get a wake up call but staff arranged for us to have it.
