I stayed here twice this trip to Sweden, coming and going. Same experience both times. Convenient, clean, charming, little old hotel, no complaints. Breakfast well worth the cost - varied, fresh, beautiful buffet. I could open the room windows to beautiful summer morning air. It's next to Central Station, so extremely convenient, and taxis are steps away in front of the Central Station. Trains do come and go, so if that is going to bother you, keep the windows closed! But it was all part of the great city ambience that is Copenhagen. Will be back.

Hotel is centrally located opposite the station with Nordstan shopping centre right round the corner. There are many bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. There is however no sense of the adverse aspects of a city centre. Reception staff were friendly and efficient as was the room cleaner. Breakfast was comprehensive and worked well despite the hotel being absolutely full in Springsteen week! We did not test dinner or the spa facilities.

Make sure you get a room in the main building!
I picked this hotel as it is in such a central location and the photos look great. When we checked in, however, we were directed down past the bar to what I can only describe as a service lift up to a different wing out the back of the main building. We were on the third floor and there were two light fittings hanging out of the ceiling! We were only there for one night so I didn't bother to change the room but it definitely felt like we were staying in a run-down part of the hotel compared to our friends who were in the main building. On the plus side, the cost was reasonable and included breakfast. We were able to book a late checkout (for a fee, per hour, but worth is as we had a really late flight). Would I stay here again? Yes, but only if I had a room in the main building.

This was my first time in Gothenburg and the hotel was close to the bus station but still a very nice neighborhood. The staff was very helpful, the restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. I would stay here again

Amazing staff and best breakfast!
Great location and amazing staff. We borrowed some plates and wine glasses to have dinner in our room and they were more than happy to accommodate us. The bar is a lovely place for a drink - there was jazz there one of the nigts we stayed. They also have the best breakfast buffet we experienced in 4 weeks in Europe!

Really nice staff and an amazing location, right in the middle of Gothenburg. Best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at on thie trip! There is a really nice bar on the ground floor too!
