The worst of the worst.
There was a terrible chemical/industrial smell in the room. It may have been possibly related to vinyl flooring or wallpaper recently installed. It gave me an awful headache. The tv need to be repaired because none of the channels worked, the curtains were ripped to shreds, the bathroom had mold on the grout and the mattress sort of sank in the middle. There were also supposed be quiet hours from 9pm-9am. I had to call the front desk and ask if there was a dance club nearby because I could hear thumping music at 1 am. The front desk said they would go to the parking lot to have to guest turn down the music but I continued to hear it through 3 am. I had an all day event that I need to be alert for then a 2 hour drive afterwards and I was completely exhausted because the stay was uncomfortable. It would have been a better decision to wake early and make my 2 hour commute that morning because the stay at this hotel completely defied the purpose. It was awful. The only comfort was on checkout, the woman who assisted us was very apologetic and kind.
