Fabulous
New and beautiful property. Great location steps from the beach and Mamitas beach club. 3 amazing pools. Beach towels. Quality furnishings. Great water pressure and air-conditioning . Super friendly service. A nespresso type machine in each apartment and the hotel provides coffee pods daily. Absolutely loved my stay and will stay again.

Stay 8 nights, had problems with water on shower not getting hot at all, water heater was just not turning on, this was since my second day, they try to fix it for 3 days. Finally had hot water on my last 2 days, besides that place is nice and clean. Staff was always great!

We stayed almost a week, rooftop pool is so beautiful and clean. And it’s so affordable. There’s just little small things in the hotel room, there should be mat at the door of shower room so it won’t wet the floor. Some staff are warm but others need to still improve the way they treat guests. But overall, it’s wonderful family vacation at the hotel and highly recommended. We will surely come back.

Clean property, clean room with perfect cleaning service. Great rooftop pool area with a bar nearby and a funny bartender. Close to the public beach, 5 minutes from 5th Av, but (even better) 2 minutes from 38th Ave, which has wonderful restaurants and bars. Nothing to complain about! Wifi can be spotty, but that's just a small thing.
