While the insides of the room was beautiful and had many modern touches. The service you expect from a higher end resort was just not there. On multiple occasions our calls to the front desk would go unanswered and the calls would get routed back to the main hotel. Then the main hotel had to reach out to shore house because they never answered us. This happened on 4 different occasions. Another issue we found was the noise level. They played loud music outside in the courtyard till 11pm even on weeknights. Not great for families with little kids. Lastly with 4/5 star resorts you expect room service. But there was none available even though on their hotel phone they have an option to call for room service. Overall it was an ok stay the rooms are top notch but the service is very lacking for a $2k/night room.
