Stay was ok, however some improvement needed
The overall atmosphere was good. The pleasantness of the staff. Pricilla the host at the restaurant was excellent. She is ver kind and friendly, always greet you with a smile and offers help. The dishes at the buffet are not too clean. We have to look keenly to ensure there is no left over food. Housekeeping for our room was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned we had to call the front desk to inform them that the room has not been cleaned since we got there. Mercedes the housekeeper did not clean our room even when we used google translation to assist. The food was good, with the variety to chose from. Overall I enjoyed my stay the only improvement needed on my path is housekeeping

Woeful food lets the whole place down, comparable to British school canteens! The patchy internet is frustrating and the lack of itinerary for the games means you miss everything unless you hang around the pool the whole time I wouldn't go back
