At our arrival there was a sign that said go to the bar where all the employees where at. Afterwards, once we where given are card we noticed how unsanitary the place was; bugs everywhere dead and alive, dust everywhere, bad smell... The room we were given had bugs crawling on walls and ceiling, we told the employees and it was like they already knew about this issue. Afterwards, we were given a different room and finally got the Wi-Fi password since it wasn't given in the beginning. The second room was just as unsanitary, we are trying to contact hotel and as of yet no response. The reason why we are trying to get a hold of them is because we got charged for a 2 double bed room and ended up switching to a double and a single, we were hoping for refund do to theses issues.

The room was reasonably sized and nice to have an attached washroom. Cute property, reasonably close to Quebec City. The two disappointments were the noise, and no breakfast provided when it was expected. We were on the second level, and some travelers arrived to the room above us after we had gone to bed. They were thumping around until about 2am, and the noise carried so much. It was impossible to sleep under that noise. I would not recommend if you can't sleep through noise. It really depends who are in the rooms around you. We messaged in advance of arriving to confirm breakfast was included, as I had seen it listed in some bookings. I was told yes. However, in the morning there was no breakfast. The staff just said no for today, and eventually called the manager to speak with us. He said no one had signed up for breakfast. Miscommunication, and disappointing as we were looking forward to a quick bite before getting on the road.
