At our arrival there was a sign that said go to the bar where all the employees where at. Afterwards, once we where given are card we noticed how unsanitary the place was; bugs everywhere dead and alive, dust everywhere, bad smell... The room we were given had bugs crawling on walls and ceiling, we told the employees and it was like they already knew about this issue. Afterwards, we were given a different room and finally got the Wi-Fi password since it wasn't given in the beginning. The second room was just as unsanitary, we are trying to contact hotel and as of yet no response. The reason why we are trying to get a hold of them is because we got charged for a 2 double bed room and ended up switching to a double and a single, we were hoping for refund do to theses issues.
