PERFECT HOTEL FOR STAYCATION
One of the best hotels not to miss in Da Nang. Thank you to Mr. Erwin for the complimentary upgrade with my booking to 2 Bedroom Residence Oceanfront and he is so patient to explain all the room facilities during my check-in. This makes my stay at Le Sands Oceanfront so fantastic. Loving all the details in the room with 2 balcony that provides an amazing ocean view, and a clean modern design room with a bathtub. Good location with easy access to everywhere. All the staffs are superb friendly with a smiling greeting to all guests. Will definitely be back at Le Sands Oceanfront Da Nang Hotel on my next trip.

Although the hotel is fairly new, the customer service of employees need training. The front desk personnel were not friendly. We stayed for 3 nights & 1 night we went back to the hotel at 9:30 pm & hoping to eat a late dinner at their restaurant only to be shooed away because the employees said they were closed for the night; this was quite contrary since their website said that they were open until 10:30 pm. Thanks goodness we were able to order food from outside for delivery to our room otherwise we would have been starving until the morning! The location of the hotel is not convenient & far from the city center. Restaurants around the hotel were all seafood restaurants & it is a tourist trap since their prices were so expensive! If you just want to stay in front of the beach, relax, have a spa treatment & do nothing while in Danang, then this is the hotel for you.😩

Great experience at Le Sands. The property is right in front of the beach. Good to walk on and enjoy the ocean. Breakfast buffet was awesome and full of varieties. The manager, Thy, was great and very helpful to the customer needs.

11/10 would highly recommend staying here!! The hotel was so beautiful and luxurious and had so much to offer. The breakfast buffet was so so good every single day we were here. There’s an amazing infinity pool and bar that serves delicious salty coffee that I really enjoyed. A convenience store and beach just outside of the hotel. A close commute to Hoi An also. Would come back here to stay because I loved it so much.
