Beautiful Resort with exemplary staff. Restaurants are a bit expensive but that is to be expected in Hawaii and the fact that it is a resort. The Ritz-Carlton really cares about its guess and will help you with anything you need from extra towels in your room,sites to see, and they will help you find transportation if you choose not to rent a car. They have three pools and two hot tubs that are open 24 hours and includes a view of the ocean. Which is excellent after a long day of sightseeing. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent accomodations. We loved the room service-best steak I've ever had. The room was big... I usually feel claustrophobic in hotel rooms but not here. Everything was super clean... We had visited another hotel for a luau.. and it was dirty compared to our hotel, which did not have a single smudge anywhere.. no dirt etc. Happy with this hotel.

This is a nice property in a beautiful part of Maui. We stayed in an ocean view room with two queen beds. The room was nice, but not luxurious (just beds and a desk chair). The most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the very inconsistent service. We called the day before our arrival to ask for a crib, but despite the call and explanation that we needed the crib on arrival because we were getting in late, the crib wasn’t there. It consistently took an hour or more to get food and drinks at the pool, and one night we left the lounge restaurant because the kitchen sent our food to another table (a fact we learned only after flagging down our server, who had been ignoring us, and asking where our food was). But other service was great, especially the housekeeping, the valet, and the folks who work at the cafe (who remembered our names and orders after only a day on the property).
