The room was dark. The desk light had no switch. Called the front desk, light was replaced. The phone in the room did not work so we had to present ourself at the front desk for any issues. In the a.m. the water in the shower was barely warm. It stayed that way through 3 showers.

The service was bad, the hotel smells bad ,,bad experience, no breakfast, al they give you is a soda. Chips and crackers ,I will never stay in this hotel again

Overall, happy
Overall happy with my stay. The elevator was an issue one time but there are only two or three stories so not a big deal. Liked the bed and the bedroom, the bathroom too was nice. The room was warm on arrival but the air conditioning controls were easy and I was able to quickly cool off the room.

Amenities were supposed to include a full breakfast, but at check in we were told no breakfast was being provided due to COVID19. Also, the customary daily maid service was not provided. Room was smaller than any we have stayed in for quite some time.

compact room size
Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. My only negative is that the rooms very small - regular sized furniture in very small space - I couldn't open the door of the dressar all the way to access the coffee maker - as the door was hitting the edge of the bed. It was a quick overnight so not a huge issue at all. I would go back.
