Fair
Smallest rooms, and very dirty, took them almost a hour to check in. If you stay on a busy night be prepared to not be able to use the 2 elevators they provide because they are always full.

New Favorite Hotel
Our new favorite hotel in the city! With views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the Rockefeller skating rink, plus it is walking distance to just about everything, you can’t beat it!

Good
I had tried calling the hotel several times at various times of the day, no one ever picked up the phone

Truly disgusting.
I don't know how this hotel is even in business. The photos featured on hotels.com are not of the same hotel. The Radisson Midtown-Fifth is truly disgusting. It's dirty, the room reeks. And the characters walking in and out of the lobby make you feel as though you're in some horror movie. There's a reason why this hotel is so inexpensive. New York has many many nice hotels. This aint one of them.

Super easy but...
Staying here is super easy for work. My only complaint is that their deposit is higher if you use a debit card vs credit card. Credit card it’s $50 while a debit is $100. How is that equitable? Note this was not the case the first time I stayed here and when I brought it up to the front desk I was met with rudeness. Mind you this was the same person that checked me in the last time-so which is it? $50 or $100. Make up your mind.

Had a good stay
It was cool, there were places to eat close by, and the service was good. The subway is one block away for easy travel. I would stay there again.

Until the next time, thanks and may 2021 good
Room was clean and bed was comfy! No extras because of my short stay. Example; freezer or microwave, etc.. I work at 30 Rockefeller center and the view from the 25th floor was very nice!

Poor
POOR COVID GUIDELINES FOLLOWED- RECKLESS
Terrible conditions during COVID- extremely reckless staff- there was a line of 20 people trying to check in and wait for one single lady trying to do all of it- less than 2 inch gap between the 20 people on line. They did not care to check the temperature of anyone coming in. Zero social distancing maintained in the lobby or elevator. Shocking negligence.
