Needs an overhaul

Stayed here as we had an early flight. The positives: a very comfortable bed, excellent customer service and our room was available at 8am in the morning. It was a short walk to the train station to take you into town and was attached to the shopping centre. The negatives: it needs an overhaul. Out of the lift we were greeted with a humidifier in the hall and a smell of damp, and entering our room we had one going in our room. There was mould on our ceiling near the vents. We could'nt find a way of turning on one light by itself, they seemed to be attached to two or three that go on at the same time. I will say they need to be thanked for having a free shuttle to and from the airport. On leaving the airport we followed their instructions to find the shuttle. It runs every 20 minutes exactly which was super convenient with the hectic traffic conditions at such a large airport.
