Basic rooms, but good deal for price paid
rooms were basic, but clean. Rooms were basic but clean. hot water went off one day in our block, but they promised to look at it, and it was working later that night. food in the main restaurant was always just warm, but the themed restaurants for evening meals were really nice. Garden and pool area kept really good. Good deal for the price paid. WiFi did not always work in the reception area and around the pool area were it was supposed to work. Missed having WiFi in the bedrooms.

Great family friendly hotel, good value for money
Booked last minute, day before so it was a bit get what you are given. We were prepared as had looked at previous reviews and they all differ. We cannot all be the same! Arrived late but we were able to get a drink at a couple of the bars & also pizza &/or a sandwich served from 11pm-midnight. Good as we were at the bar at this time and also after the alcohol which is available all day it soaks it up! We celebrated New Year here the animation team did a fantastic interpretation of The Greatest Showman, afterwards dancing until the early hours with silly hats and party poppers all supplied. Our room was a little tired, very cold when we went in first off but soon managed to get the heating going to warm it up. Our door to our overly huge balcony did not fit securely so cold air came in round it, also a security risk as could easily be broken into. The beds were comfortable including our 11 year old daughters, a proper bed, not a put-you-up. The toilet did not flush very well and the shower needed a carrier bag weaved around the plug (which our cleaner had done for us!) to stop the disgusting odour coming up through it! Also limited hot water at peaks times. No lights on the landing. Food was variable & good, always something to please all. It was a long lengthy wait for doughnuts & pancakes at breakfast which needs to be looked into. We used the Fish & the Steak rest, both vg. Pools heated but cold, bit of an issue with children. Gardens gorgeous. Icecream/waffles payable.

Very good
Good value for money for a winter sun deal - 2 heated pools made all the difference and although the resort is a little tired it was friendly and packed with tinges to do:tennis, table tennis, basketball, mini golf and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Wi-Fi was terrible anywhere other than next to the router in the foyer. All inclusive was ok, breakfast was lacking, nasty coffee, nasty processed meat and awful orange flavoured drinks, dry tasteless pastries and long queues for the daily specials. Lunch at the snack bar made up for it and the themed dining rooms added a bit of class with a nice service; otherwise the canteen would have become tiresome after more than 3 days. That said, this was super cheap holiday in lovely weather and with nice staff. Would recommended for families.

Good
Unfortunately, I found the food to be not too good especially for breakfast choice same every day. I did not receive my refundable deposit on leaving and had to pay 220 dirhams for a taxi to the airport as my pre-arranged , PAID for transport - checked the day before leaving - did not turn up and so arrived at airport when boarding already underway
