We have been renovating so there are things that are currently unfinished such as the laundry and most of the doors still need painting and windowframes are still in original condition . You will still find this house to be comfortable despite these flaws . The outdoor landscaping is yet to be completed as well.
We have a heat pump for heating as well as a dvs system which keeps this house lovely and warm in the winter.
There is a permanent tenant that lives in my downstairs flat she is quiet . The noise does travel thru the kitchen floor easily so I do ask that you are not loud inside late into the night but outside is a great place to be if you are having drinks and listening to music.
