Reached the hotel and was warmly welcomed by Ms. Noor Front Desk Manager who ensured our stay was going to be comfortable. Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff welcoming Breakfast buffet variety was well served Next to the mall which is just a minute walk from the hotel. Will recommend travellers to stay.

Overall the stay was okay. The rating given here is for the state of the hotel currently. There are still room for improvements. Anyway, when you enter the lobby, you’ll be greeted with a very posh and grand interior, very bright and lively and much like a open concept theme. Check in was a breeze as there are ample counters to service the guests. As for the service staff I would give a 10/10. Jo Ann was very warm and welcoming to us after a very wet drive over from KL. Gave us warm cookies and did a follow up check if the room was satisfactory. Hotel is still very new (roughly 4 months old) and some levels are still undergoing upgrades to be service worthy. If you’re looking for a short trip to Shah Alam, definitely one place to look out for as its next to I-city and quite a near drive to Setia City Mall. The room I booked was a King Premium Suite with a bathtub and separate living room, it’s not as spacious as some other Suites in other hotels and we were given quite a low level of the property. Some toilet fitting were not fixed properly so it’s just sitting on the table, housekeeping should probably have handled it before our stay. Also, the toilet floor felt quite oily for some reason. Breakfast was similar to what’s presented in most of the Doubletree Hilton, which I admire and love the consistency.
