The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and crockery you need to enjoy your own meals and provides gas cooktop/oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and is equipped with pantry staples such as tea/coffee/oil. Guests are required to bring their own food/milks etc.
The master bedroom is also located upstairs and offers a king bed with adjoining ensuite with a corner spa and large shower. Downstairs offers a further two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other offers a tri bunk and a trundle bed (for a 7th guest). There is also a main bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet & basin servicing the downstairs bedrooms as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

We supply: sheets, pillow cases and towels for each guest. However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels
Please note we will not leave linen for the trundle bed unless specified in your booking.

BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
The booking price displayed for online bookings includes a processing fee of 3% per booking.
If a refund or cancellation takes place, please note the refunded amount will not include the 3% processing fee as this will be retained by Otway Retreats to cover the original transaction.
