    Hotel Merit review in Stuttgart

    My stay at Hotel Merit was better than I expected. The price was great. As well as the location. Walking distance to schlosspatz, and Marienplatz where you can find great restaurants and shops. It can get a little loud with doors banging and the noise coming from outside. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

    Very unfriendly staff members and not helpful

    When I arrived at the hotel they told me they are sold out. They booked me another horrible hotel. They also did not apologies and did not order a taxi to go to the new hotel. It seems they have a bad management and it was an irrespective experience for me!

    I was overbooked at the Merit , then bounced around to two other hotels in the same group until they got a room. One hotel clerk was do new she did not know where the next hotel was, and could not read a map.
