Excellent! Top drawer all the way.
We were so pleasantly surprised by this property. It was clean ,convenient and the front desk staff were very helpful. The unit was very well equipped with modern appliances and a spacious floor plan. The bathroom had enough towels and toiletries. Shower was clean and well kept. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone travelling to Montreal. Well done Griffey Hotel.

I liked the space/layout. The room was comfortable. The light was good for Montreal. The staff are a mess. They are not informed and clearly not trained as hospitality professionals. The door to my room was not shutting properly and the staff left my room open twice over a 2 week period. I fell outside the hotel because they let the sidewalk build up with snow..I know it's Montreal, I've heard it all before...but a hotel should at least shovel their sidewalk. I was charged for 4 extra days because of an administration problem. Both WRFY and Expedia are not taking responsibility for their poor communication and incompetence with customer service.

This was perfect for our week stay in Montreal for work & play. There's a nice walking path along the canal right next to the building. The unit was well equiped with the basics and very clean. The Adonis grocery store 4min walk away had everything we needed to stock our kitchen for the work week. The front desk was super responsive over Expedia chat and friendly and helpful in person as well. Only things I'll say is it would have been great to have access to a hot tub and/or gym, and the area of Griffintown is in the middle of a rebuild so there is a lot of construction and some buildings look rough but we never felt unsafe. We will likely be back!
