Mid week stays for groups up to 6 people are based on 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The top floor and basement floor will be locked. The 1st floor drawing room will be locked. Guests have access to the lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility on the ground floor. As well as 3 ensuite bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor.
Prices for up to 10 guests are based on 5 bedrooms, 4 ensuites and 2 w.c's being available. The top 2 family rooms will be locked
If you need more bedrooms or ensuites, then the next price point will apply (11-13 people)
Prices for up to 13 guests are based on 6 bedrooms, 5 ensuites and 2 w.c's being available. The family room at the front of the house on the top floor would be locked.

History
The property was built in 1760 and known as Belvedere wine vaults. By 1792 it became an Inn and Tavern. It continued to run as a hotel and wine vault until 2011 at which time it was converted to Hill House Guest house. It is now all yours to enjoy as a self catered home.
Ground Floor
Entrance is into the grand hallway with doors leading to the dining area, lounge, kitchen and utility room. There is a large kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need. This includes 2 ovens, gas hob, 2 large fridges, a microwave and dishwasher. A door leads to the private courtyard filled with potted plants and table and chairs for 2. There is also a utility room on this floor with a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open plan to the kitchen is a sitting area with comfy seating, electric fire and large smart TV.
Also on this floor is the beautiful dining room with a large antique dining table that will comfortably seat 16. There is a large armoire housing dishes and a few sofas making it the ideal place for entertaining.
Lower Ground Floor
Off the kitchen there are steps leading you down to two of the bedrooms. The first has zip and link beds so can be twins or a superking. There is a lovely en suite shower room and also a TV .The second bedroom also has zip and link beds and has a few steps up leading out to the sunny courtyard garden. There is a TV in this room and also an en suite cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
First Floor
On the first floor is the second of the 2 lounges. Plenty of sofas and chairs to kick back and watch a good movie on the large smart TV. There is also a further bedroom, this time with a zip and link bed allowing you to have it as 2 singles or a superking bed. Large TV is on the wall opposite the bed and above a dressing table and chair. There is an additional cloakroom with wc and wash basin on the landing.
Second Floor
The master bedroom is located on this floor with a super king bed which can be made into 2 singles if required. There is a TV and plenty of storage. This is the largest of the rooms and has 2 tub chairs, decorative fireplace and also another spacious en-suite shower room completes this lovely master room. Next to the master bedroom is a further bedroom with 5' king size bed, dressing area, TV, storage and an en-suite shower room.
Third Floor
This floor has the 2 family bedrooms both with extremely spacious en suite shower rooms.
Both bedrooms have 5ft king size double beds and a single bed in each sleeping up to 3 in each room. There is a TV in each bedroom with plenty of storage.
The outside area is a courtyard garden, perfect for a sundowner or a morning coffee.
Parking
The fabulous central location means everything can be explored on foot so a car is not necessary. However, a parking permit is provided allowing you to park 5 cars in resident bays on neighbouring streets. Please note, the property is equipped with 5 permits until August 2022 at which time this will change to no permits given Charlotte Street car park is also a 5-10 minute walk away. The Bath Spa Railway and bus station are a 20 minute walk.
