I would rat it a best value for money hotel staff is very nice and friendly breakfast is soo delicious and specially a shop keeper at the front of the entrance Mr Ali is a lovely boy. He has knowledge about area and always ready to help I will definitely visit again

Only one person by the name Ali running the show. Rooms are too small and can barely fit your bed. Restroom is too small and can barely fit your body. cockroaches' inside the room. no housekeeping, no room service. all the staff are too rude and keep screaming at the guest for no reason. the cab driver drops you 2 blocks away ( no cars are allowed at the neighborhood) and you have to carry your bags by your own with no help from the front desk. if you call the front desk the scream at you in Turkish. I asked the front desk to keep my medication inside the freezer and since the hotel doesn't have a freezer he kept it at the next-door restaurant, at the time, since I have a flight early morning, I want him to pick it up from the place he kept, he promised to make it ready in the morning. when I woke up and heading to the airport, the manager Ali didn't show up .I was mad that i asked him over and over to pick up my medication from the restaurant early morning and he promised to do it but never did. I left without my medication back home. they lack staff only one person is in charge of everything .He works at the front desk, room service, housekeeping, chef, restaurant and a bell boy
