Older hotel semi refurbished. Many parts of rooms and hotel still require updating. Air con does not cool rooms sufficiently & broke down twice throughout my stay. I was kindly moved to another room. Very average service, certainly not 5* worthy. Contacting reception and room service - the phones continually rang out throughout my 5nt stay. A constant cue of guests at reception.

Very comfortable, staff very helpful and breakfast was great. In a great location for walking around the CBD and Elizabeth Quay. Overall we had a lovely stay. I would have preferred the bathroom to have a bath as well as a shower- it was large and recently renovated but had only a shower. Also, there is no bar at the pool or mini bar and there was a $5 service charge to have food or drink delivered to room or pool.
