This is an absolutely beautiful hotel! I can’t say enough, as soon as we entered the lobby we were stunned at how big it was! The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered in any hotel, and the breakfast service every morning was top notch. The best experience for us was the first night when we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The service from the waiters there and their friendliness made our jaws drop! If there is one thing that needs improvement, I’d say would be the bathroom fixtures. The faucets were kind of hard to turn on and my hands started hurting after a while. Besides that, everything was perfect including our room and the views!

The standard of facilities is what would expect from a hotel in this class. However the service at this hotel is truly outstanding - from the waiters at breakfast and dinner, the pool attendant, reception, spa staff and the cleaners, all delivered with a smile and good humour.

Perfect Family Vacation Hotel
This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Incredible value on our stay here. We had family staying at resorts near-bye at both higher and low rates per night and this hotel's value for the rate out performed both. The breakfast brunch is that of an all inclusive and much nicer than other European included breakfasts. Playroom for our toddler niece, outdoor pool with amazing sea view and the adult upstairs spa and pool was the perfect rainy day spent. We didn't lose a day of our trip even when the weather wasn't cooperating because of how beautiful the amenities were.
