Unsatisfied
I was charged for our service cat to stay. When we checked in the clerk bragged about the breakfast having omelets, sausage which there was none unless you want sausage gravy. Liked the pool and the Hot Whirlpool; only the whirlpool needs a good cleaning daily. There's hair, skin, and other stuff in the water. The room door drug on the floor to open. The bathroom fan doesn't work. The television is way to small and the sound has to be almost all the way up. The bed is way to firm; so is the couch and the desk chair. As far as guest laundry; one machine and it torn apart.

It took an hour for anyone to let me in to get checked in. I drove for 16 hours straight to get there and didn't get into the hotel until 2am after arriving at 1am. called the front desk about 30 times. so did my girlfriend. Quite upsetting!!!

This is a very nice basic motel. I will stay here again when I travel to visit family in Thomson. The room and common areas were both very clean and well maintained. The only complaint we had was the workout room is barebones - the motel should spring for a set of free weights and adjust the sensor for the autolight feature - the light goes out after 5 minutes because the sensor doesn't capture the person/s working out on the treadmill.
